Can someone help

I recently setup my old C=128 and I was going through floppys. I had some documents that I wanted to print. I had the old Okidata hooked up, ink cart. in and when I tried to print the word proccessor said 'driver not found'. It has been so long since I have used this machine I cannot remember how to troubleshoot. The printer does work and I think it is device 4, all the wires seem to be connected correctly (I think?) serial port from printer to disk drive. If anyone can help I would appreciate it.
