For the fifth year in a row, I have set up film-making in Fresno. The studios are now open for filming of CommVEx presentations! Hurry before the studios are closed tomorrow.
CommVEx - the longest-running USA C= and Ami show,
Whoa! One video took 3 hours to film as we wrestled with the complexities of a Commodore program. The other took a mere 20 minutes. All of this after a full day at the FCUG meeting and after dinner.
CommVEx - the longest-running USA C= and Ami show,
For the sixth year in a row, Bernardo Studios will be open for filming of CommVEx presentations. We will open up on this Sunday and continuing until Monday.
Well, like the previous filming day, the Wednesday session took about 4 hours (cut... take 2... cut... take 3... etc.). But everything has been filmed. Now the editing process can begin!
On Saturday, April 13 (the day before the FCUG meeting), Bernardo Studios opens once again in Fresno. From that prime location, we'll be filming videos for the Commodore Los Angeles Super Show, the Pacific Commodore Expo NW, and the Commodore Vegas Expo v15. The location - University Square Inn.
It was another long day filming for CLASS, PaCommEx, and CommVEx. We finished but may need retakes/pick-up shots later on. Also in the video, if you hear a rocking beat in the background... well, there was a party going on by the pool!
Bernardo Studios opens in Fresno on Saturday, October 9. Another day and night of videotaping presentations for CLASS 2021! Then afterwards is the tedious but necessary job of editing.
Filming finished! We started at 3:30 p.m. and didn't finish until midnight! And we thought that after much filming experience, we would get through it easily. Nah! Murphy's Law struck again and again.
Tomorrow at Bernardo Studios, we will be filming the Ham Radio and Commodore 64 presentation for CLASS 2023! Then on Friday, we have a location shoot down at Vasquez Rocks in the northern Los Angeles area. That shoot will be for the CLASS 2023 commercial!
Here we go again! Bernardo Studios opens up on Sunday, Feb. 18, right after the meeting of the Fresno Commodore User Group. We'll be filming a presentation or two for the April 13-14 Commodore Los Angeles Super Show and for the June 22-23 Pacific Commodore Expo NW.
