Might as well just buy a C-One, given how expensive these things are getting.
Anyone have a PAL one they'd like to sell?

WTB: PAL C64 motherboard or whole unit
I'm in need of a PAL motherboard, or computer, and I have a very clean C64c that has a bad motherboard that i'd like to plant one in. Anyways, if anyone has one they'd like to sell, or trade straight across for a working PAL A500 motherboard, clean A500 case, or A500 power supply, or any combination...

For Sale: C64s, drive, monitor, XA1541
Hello, My place is getting far too crowded with C= stuff, and so I'm offering it for sale. I have three C64s, two breadboxes and one 64c. One breadbox works, the other isn't working (but all socketed chips have been verified to work). 64c powers on, does nothing. I also have either two or three work...

Re: Amiga stuff wanted
Well, It's all working now. I fixed the motherboard. Anyways, I also bought an as-is A500 off of eBay, as well as a known-working and tested A500 motherboard just in case (Hey, it was $16, so I figured it was a steal!) Anyways, does anyone happen to have any Amiga RAM expansion boards they'd like to...

Amiga stuff wanted
So far, I have an A2000HD with a dead motherboard. (massive corrosion near battery). It works somewhat, but no video output. It does acknowledge some lower level functions like the three finger salute, sometimes it shows HD activity. Does anyone have a motherboard I could use as a replacement? Alter...

cbmlink help needed
I've read over the documentation numerous times already, and I've searched the forum and elsewhere, and nothing is telling me what I need to know. Anyways, the type-in cbmlink server, the one that's supposed to be sufficient enough to load the real cbmlink server, is as far as I've gotten. My pc64 c...

C128 Power supply on C64 question
So, I got a C128 power supply to use on my C64, and I'm a bit curious about one thing.. The two 9VAC lines. Is there any polarity here at all, or just either AC line to either AC pin will work? (I assumed the latter, both 9VAC wires in the C64 cord are black...but when I plug the thing into a C64, t...

Re: PC to Datasette Transfer
Well, it works! I use DirMaster to separate the PRG files from D64 images, then I use WAV-PRG to output the PRG in tape format to my sound card output. Sound card output goes to a hifi cassette deck... Pop tape in Datasette, "LOAD" After program is loaded, I save to a disk on 1541... And i...

64c powers up, no BASIC
Well, now that I have a working power supply, my breadbox works...with some fiddling of the power switch. However, my 64c powers up, and the TV flashes a white bar once when powering on, but it's just complete darkness otherwise. Also, with the datasette hooked up, one of the little rollers just kee...

I'll try and replace the capacitor, to see if that helps.

Anyone want to sell a 1541?
Well, looks like the 1541c AND the 64c I just bought are dead. The 64c...who knows... Anyone have a 1541 that is known working, that they'd be willing to sell? Maybe even a 1541-II? :D (Though I'm not really picky, if I got an older 1541, I'd probably just put the guts into the 1541c shell....now if...
